项目管理模式作为一种国际性的管理模式,在路桥企业的管理中越来越受到重视。项目管理作为一个相对独立和特殊的团队,在整个项目的运行过程中,如何对有限的资源进行合理的分配,以及如何提高项目团队成员的积极性,发挥团队效能,建立一个适应人力资源管理和团队管理的方法是至关重要的问题。本文首先从路桥项目的人力资源与其他项目的管理上的区别入手,从而对现阶段路桥人力资源管理存在的问题进行了分析,从而提出了一些新的方法。
