鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(CAM)是近年来兴起的一种新型的肿瘤模型,与传统的动物肿瘤模型相比具有更为简单、方便、价廉、快速、敏感等的优点。利用CAM肿瘤模型在肿瘤浸润以及肿瘤转移机制、肿瘤血管生成、抗肿瘤药物筛选等各方面研究均取得了一定的成果。然而,CAM肿瘤模型的应用尚存在一定的局限性以及有待解决的问题。充分并正确利用此模型可以为肿瘤生长侵袭的体外研究提供一种科学可行的方法及思路。
Chick chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) is a new type of tumor model that has emerged in recent years. Compared with traditional animal tumor models, CAM is more simple, convenient, inexpensive, rapid and sensitive. The use of CAM tumor model in tumor invasion and tumor metastasis mechanism, tumor angiogenesis, anti-cancer drug screening and other aspects have made some achievements. However, the application of CAM tumor model has some limitations and problems to be solved. Full and correct use of this model can provide a scientific and feasible method and idea for in vitro research on tumor growth and invasion.
