目的寻找精密准确、简单方便、适合氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定食品中铅的前处理方法。方法采用480℃干法灰化对样品进行前处理,用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定食品中铅的含量。结果质控样品检测结果符合要求,校准曲线相关系数r为0.9998,方法检出限为0.4μg/L,RSD为4.5%,回收率为90%~102%。结论用480℃干法灰化对样品进行前处理,可用于氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定食品中的铅。
Objective To find a precise and accurate, simple and convenient pretreatment method suitable for the determination of lead in food by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The sample was pretreated by dry ashing at 480 ℃, and the content of lead in food was determined by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Results The test results of the quality control samples met the requirements. The correlation coefficient r of the calibration curve was 0.9998. The detection limit was 0.4μg / L, RSD was 4.5% and the recovery was 90% -102%. Conclusion Pretreatment of samples with dry ashing at 480 ℃ can be used to determine lead in food by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry.
