目的探讨2型糖尿病(type 2diabetic mellitus,T2DM)患者尿蛋白排泄率(urinary albamin excretionrate,UAER)与颈股动脉脉搏波传导速度(carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity,CF-PWV)的关系。方法 2007年1月～2010年11月,将112例T2DM患者按UAER分为两组,A组(UAER<20μg/min)及B组(UAER>20μg/min)各56例,分别测CF-PWV。结果两组CF-PWV分别为(11.72±3.67)、(14.25±4.23)m/s,差异有统计学意义(t=3.381,P=0.001)。结论 T2DM患者中,UAER增高者CF-PWV明显增高,提示动脉粥样硬化程度与糖尿病肾病的严重程度相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between urinary albamin excretion rate (UAER) and carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity (CF-PWV) in type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM) patients. Methods From January 2007 to November 2010, 112 T2DM patients were divided into two groups according to UAER: 56 patients in group A (UAER <20μg / min) and group B (UAER> 20μg / min) PWV. Results The CF-PWV of the two groups were (11.72 ± 3.67) and (14.25 ± 4.23) m / s respectively, with statistical significance (t = 3.381, P = 0.001). Conclusions In T2DM patients, CF-PWV was significantly higher in patients with elevated UAER, suggesting that the degree of atherosclerosis is related to the severity of diabetic nephropathy.
