随着我国机械工业的发展,对于小孔测量的精度要求越来越高。目前一些比较理想的小孔测量仪器,由于零件多,制造要求高,因此价格昂贵,又往往受工作环境和条件的限制而不能普遍应用。在生产现场通常是采用内径表架配以百分表或千分表并籍助标准环规作相对测量。常见的内径表架结构主要有图1所示的斜面传递结构和图2所示弹性卡瓣结构。根据我们历年来对用户调访和生产的经验认为:斜面传递结构由于配合、接触的环节多,如活动测头与主体孔、量杆与上、下轴套的配合和量
