目的:探讨实施不同的培训形式对医技人员掌握心肺复苏技能的效果。方法:将2013年7月至2013年12月接受培训的广东省佛山市第一人民医院非临床科室医技人员378名分为对照组和实验组,每组各189名,分别采用多媒体培训与电脑显示模拟示范操作培训,培训后2周进行考核,比较两组人员培训前后对心肺复苏重点环节的掌握程度及效果。结果:实验组培训后对心肺复苏多个重点环节技能的掌握均较显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:多元化信息化形式培训有助于医技人员掌握心肺复苏技能重点环节,可提高心肺复苏技能培训的效果,建议推广应用。
Objective: To explore the effects of different training forms on the skills of cardiopulmonary resuscitation for medical technicians. Methods: 378 medical staff from non-clinical departments of Foshan First People’s Hospital, Guangdong Province, who were trained from July 2013 to December 2013, were divided into control group and experimental group with 189 in each group, Computer simulation demonstration operation training, two weeks after the training assessment, comparing two groups of staff before and after training on the key aspects of CPR mastery and effectiveness. Results: After training, the experimental group had more mastery of skills in many key aspects of cardiopulmonary resuscitation than those in the control group (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Diversified forms of information training can help medical technicians to master the key aspects of CPR skills and enhance the effectiveness of CPR skills training. Suggestions are put on popularization and application.
