有关人士对1985年～1995年10年间川芎的生产及价格走势进行了分析,并据近年产销情况预测,1996年川芎价格将呈上浮之势。 10年间,川芎价格变化起伏很大,产量多少是价格变化的决定因素,而价格的高低又直接影响到生产。1985～1986年底,川芎产销大致平衡,价格较稳,3～4元1公斤。1987年全国产量只有400万公斤,略低于常年需要量的450万公斤,导致价格陡涨,一季度还是4.4元1公斤,二季度骤升至30多元1公斤,直到1988年二季度,单价仍在20～22元。 由于川芎是头年1月育种,7月收“山川芎”,立秋前后再栽种“山川芎的“苓子”,于次年的小满至芒种才能收获川芎,所以1987年高价的刺激作用便体现在1989年,这一年川芎全国总产量猛增至1100万公斤,
