顶部水泥脉冲振动是在复杂地质条件下固井预防气窜的一项新技术 ,它能延缓水泥浆的静水压头损失 ,有效预防固井中的气窜 ,改善水泥胶结测井条件 ,并提高固井质量。应用这项技术的关键在于顶部水泥脉冲振动设备 (空气压缩机和空气脉冲发生器 )参数的控制。为此 ,讨论了顶部脉冲振动波动方程、边界条件及初始条件与顶部设备输出参数的相互调节关系 ,为在油田的推广应用该项技术提供了理论依据。解决顶部水泥脉冲振动设备输出参数控制问题的难点是必须保证水泥浆静水压力与脉冲压力之和大于地层孔隙压力 ,才能实现防止复杂地层油气水窜的目标。
