本文论述了精炼铁合金的生产工艺,着重阐明了预防喷溅在生产中的重要作用,喷溅产生的危害对生产、生活、环境、人员都有着不同的影响,预防和抑制喷溅在生产中有着更实际的意义,文章从生产工艺入手,分析了精炼炉的结构,参照以往的生产经验分析了喷溅产生的原因,查阅资料了解国外同行业对喷溅的预防,综合国内外的情况着重分析铁合金冶炼过程中金属溶液喷溅的预防方法,了解了喷溅的产生原理,结合长期的生产经验实现对喷溅的抑制也预防。本文根据目前国内外企业所采用的预防和抑制喷溅的方法,通过对比分析和研究,提出了基于温差思想的预防喷溅方法,从理论和实际验证实时在线对AOD炉冶炼程中预防和抑制喷溅的可行性。
