CS研究所是一家发展迅速的高新技术企业,目前正处于成长期,保持企业的高绩效是企业发展的关键所在。然而,由于公司人力资源管理长期相对薄弱,也影响了绩效管理的有效执行。因此,建立有组织,有系统的绩效考评体系成为企业的迫切需求。要建立好一个提高企业核心竞争力的绩效考评体系,就需要对企业的经营战略,价值理念、业务特征和员工素质等要素有一个全方位的分析与把握。本文主要在对CS研究所员工绩效考评体系进行诊断的基础上,运用平衡计分卡的相关理论,构建适合CS研究所发展战略的绩效考评体系。
CS Institute is a rapidly developing high-tech enterprise, is currently in its infancy, maintaining high performance of the enterprise is the key to business development. However, due to the relatively weak human resource management of the company for a long time, it also affects the effective implementation of performance management. Therefore, the establishment of an organized and systematic performance appraisal system has become an urgent need of enterprises. To establish a performance appraisal system to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, we need to have a comprehensive analysis and grasping of the business strategy, value concept, business characteristics and staff quality. Based on the diagnosis of employee performance appraisal system of CS Institute, this paper applies the relevant theory of Balanced Scorecard to build a performance appraisal system that suits the development strategy of CS Institute.
