中共中央在十年规划和“八五”计划的建议中指出:要积极发展企业集团。但是,现在许多企业集团内部管理十分薄弱,严重影响着企业集团整体效益的提高,因此迫切需要对企业集团的各项管理业务开展研究。本文对企业集团的设备管理作初步探讨。 一、企业集团设备管理的基本特点 企业集团所拥有的设备其数量和品种一般均较多,使设备的管理和维修工作更加复杂。集团内成员企业之间,关系程度有紧密型、半紧密型和松散型三个层次,设备管理的内容和方式差异很大,这无疑增加了企业集团设备管理工作的复杂性。
The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China pointed out in its recommendations for the 10-year plan and the “8th Five-Year Plan” that it is necessary to actively develop enterprise groups. However, the internal management of many enterprise groups is now very weak, which seriously affects the overall efficiency of enterprise groups. Therefore, it is urgent to conduct research on various management businesses of enterprise groups. This paper discusses the equipment management of enterprise groups. I. Basic features of enterprise group equipment management The number of equipment owned by the enterprise group is generally more, which makes the equipment management and maintenance more complicated. There are three levels of closeness, semi-compactness and looseness among the member companies in the group. The contents and methods of equipment management vary greatly. This undoubtedly increases the complexity of the equipment management of the enterprise group.
