目的:分析和研究高危药品管理中存在的问题以及相应的强化对策。方法:随机抽选2010年01月~2015年12月期间,我院药剂科中72种高危药品的管理资料档案。对其管理状况以及存在问题进行调查、统计和分析,并探讨强化高危药物管理的措施。结果:经过统计,我院高危药品管理中的问题主要包括高危药品目录不全、管理制度不完善、管理人员业务不熟练、管理考核指标不明确、未有临床药师参与、药品流通无特殊标识、用药差错上报体系不健全以及无行业内高危药品用药差错反馈系统等。结论:针对高危药品管理中存在的问题,医院应加强对高危药品管理工作的重视,完善管理制度和机制体系,提高人员素质,规范工作流程,从而更好的提高高危药品管理应用的安全性和有效性。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and study the problems existing in the management of high-risk drugs and corresponding countermeasures. Methods: Randomly selected from January 2010 to December 2015 in our hospital pharmacy 72 kinds of high-risk drugs in the management information file. Investigate, analyze and analyze its management status and existing problems and discuss measures to strengthen the management of high-risk drugs. Results: According to the statistics, the problems in the management of high-risk medicines in our hospital mainly include the insufficiency of the catalogs of high-risk drugs, the imperfect management system, the unskilled management personnel, the unclear management evaluation index, the participation of clinical pharmacists, the special identification of drug circulation, Error reporting system is not perfect and no high-risk drugs in the industry drug error feedback system. Conclusion: In view of the existing problems in the management of high-risk drugs, the hospital should pay more attention to the management of high-risk drugs, improve the management system and mechanism, improve the quality of personnel and standardize the work flow so as to better improve the safety of high- Effectiveness.
