为了实现榆林压气站循环水泵智能维护保养,设计了基于工业Ethernet结构的循环水泵智能维护系统,系统由远程监控终端(PLC系统)、TCP/IP光电转换器、客户交换机和上位计算机组成。由PLC系统对6台循环运行的水泵运行时间进行计时,并自动配置水泵分期运行,保证其正常维护;通过光纤将水泵累计运行时间传送至中心控制室的上位机,实现对水泵运行时间、维护次数等参数的集中检测。实施效果表明:该实施方案具有智能化程度高、抗干扰能力强及性价比高等优点,对传统压气站循环水泵智能维护有较强的借鉴意义。
In order to realize the intelligent maintenance of circulating pump in Yulin compressor station, a circulating pump intelligent maintenance system based on industrial Ethernet is designed.
