合作是交往中的灵魂。如何合作,除有玩具、活动器具等物质作为媒介外,更主要的是共同的活动需要、活动内容及目标,而共同的内容和目标犹如一根红丝线串联着幼儿个体的行动。为此,我们在各种教育中常以多种小组活动形式来让幼儿积累同伴间相互合作、谦让、共享、服从、支配等经验,感受每个人都需要的同情、宽容、安抚,从而体验群体生活带来的快乐。现将我们常用的几种小组形式、特点介绍如下:
