一、概述 目前国内使用的表面粗糙度仪器(指触针式电动轮廓仪),按其配置的传感器不同,通常可以分为电感式粗糙度仪器和压电式粗糙度仪器两大类。电感式仪器的传感器,其优点是测量精度较高、频率范围宽、示值稳定性好;缺点是制造工艺较复杂、使用调整麻烦、测量效率不高。压电式仪器的传感器,其优点是灵敏度高、配接电路简单、使用操作方便;缺点是示值长期稳定性不如电感
