乡村旅游是一种以乡村特有资源,并结合科学的规划与开发,形成的旅游形式,随着近年来人们对精神与物质生活的双重追求,乡村旅游作为一种特色旅游形式,获得了较快的发展,为游客提供了观光、休闲、度假、娱乐等多种旅游服务,极大地带动了乡村经济的发展。本文以社区增权及乡村旅游社区参与内涵为切入点,对当前环首都贫困带地区发展乡村旅游面临的无权状态进行系统的分析,以河北省赤城县、涞水县以及丰宁满族自治县作为研究范例,以便能够更好地实现对社区增权促进乡村旅游发展的成果进行展示。

Taking Chicheng County, Laishui County and Fengning Manchu Autonomous County as the starting point, Research paradigms in order to be able to better demonstrate the achievements of community empowerment in rural tourism development.
