随着能源格局的变化,发展风能、太阳能等可再生能源已是大势所趋。作为应对新世纪能源短缺和气候变化双重挑战的重要手段,可再生能源的开发得到了世界各国的普遍重视。风能作为一种清洁的可再生能源,发展潜力巨大。同其他能源相比,风能的产业化基础最好,经济性优势也最明显。因此,在可预见的时期内,风能将是最有可能大规模发展的新能源之一。随着风电技术的日益成熟,依靠风力发电来增加能源供应的方式越来越受到世界各国的青睐。如今风电作为能源领域增长最快的行业之一,正在带动全球掀起一场“风电潮”。
