群众路线是党的生命线和根本工作路线,也是我们推动科学发展、实现富民强市的强大武器。党的十八届三中全会指出:“坚持以人为本,尊重人民主体地位,发挥群众首创精神,紧紧依靠人民推动改革,促进入的全面发展”。紧密结合当前正在开展的第二批党的群众路线教育实践活动,深刻把握这一精神,就是要将党的群众路线自觉地贯彻运用到全面深化改革的各领域和全过程,积极回应人民群众对深化改革的强烈呼声和殷切期待,凝聚改革强大正能量,加快建设陕西东大门,实现渭南经济社会更好更快发展。
