采用动电位扫描和失重法评价了亚钙和复合氨基醇类钢筋阻锈剂的阻锈效果,并比较其对混凝土性能的影响。研究表明,复合氨基醇类阻锈剂阻锈效果优于亚钙,能改善混凝土工作性能和抗氯离子渗透性能、降低混凝土早期温升,早期抗压强度略有降低但后期强度基本无不利影响。
The effect of corrosion inhibition of calcium-calcium and composite amino-alcohol-based steel bar rust inhibitor was evaluated by potentiodynamic scanning and weight loss method, and their effects on concrete performance were compared. The results show that the composite amino alcohol corrosion inhibitor is better than calcium, which can improve the workability and resistance to chloride ion permeability of concrete, reduce the early temperature rise of concrete, slightly reduce the compressive strength in the early stage but have no adverse effect in the later stage .
