1.由杂合态选择的二种遗传效应所产生的,不论是杂合态强型 Nw 体,还是纯合态Nw 新品系,均具有多基因的遗传基础;其来源是本来就存在于野生型群体中的。2.这种遗传效应的产生,是由于野生型群体中呈亚阀值状态的 Nw 多基因,在和 vg 基因相互作用下,被降低了阀值水平而诱发表现了出来,在保持+/vg 杂合状态下对于 Nw多基因进行连续选择,使之逐渐达到了阀值水平的结果。3.从本实验看来,Waddington 效应中的理化因素的作用,和这里 vg 基因的作用相仿佛,在于降低群休中潜在多基因作用的阀值水平,而使选择成为可能。4.对于所谓“获得性状”的遗传现象,认为是选择了相应的内在多基因体系的结果,本实验提供了一个有力的证据。
