对“大承气汤”颗粒进行了定性定量研究。通过薄层色谱法鉴别大黄、厚朴、枳实 ;反相高效液相色谱法测定方中君药大黄游离型蒽醌和总蒽醌的含量 ,采用 ODS(3) 5μm色谱柱 ,4.6 m m× 2 5 0 mm ,流动相 :甲醇 - 1%高氯酸水溶液 (85∶ 15 ) ,流速为 1.0 m L / min,检测波长 :2 5 4nm;测定回收率 :游离型蒽醌以大黄素、大黄酚为指标 ,回收率为 10 1.97% ,RSD=3.44 % ,总蒽醌以大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚为指标 ,回收率为 98.99% ,RSD=1.5 3%。测定结果 :3批样品的平均含量 ,游离型蒽醌为 0 .0 30 3mg/ g,总蒽醌为 13.6 14mg/ g
Quantitative and quantitative studies of “Dachengqitang” particles were conducted.
