我室以前的研究表明,低频电针促使大鼠脊髓释放ENK。本实验应用分子杂交技术对大鼠脊髓ENKmRNA含量进行了检测,在基因表达水平阐明低频电针释放ENK的分子调节机理。 给体重200 g的SD大鼠下肢“足三里”和“三阴交”电针刺激,频率为2 Hz,强度为1—2—3 mA共30分钟。将辐射热痛阈变化百分数大于75%及小于10%的分别归为电针有效组和电针无效组,以未给电刺激的做对照组。分别在停针1和4小时杀鼠取脊髓。
Previous studies in my room showed that low frequency electroacupuncture promotes ENK release from the spinal cord of rats. In this study, we used molecular hybridization technique to detect the content of ENK mRNA in rat spinal cord, and elucidated the molecular regulation mechanism of ENK released by low frequency electroacupuncture at gene expression level. Rats of 200 g in weight were stimulated with electroacupuncture at “Zusanli” and “Sanyinjiao” lower limbs at a frequency of 2 Hz and an intensity of 1-2-3 mA for 30 minutes. Radiation heat pain threshold changes of more than 75% and less than 10% were classified as electroacupuncture effective group and electroacupuncture invalid group, not to stimulate the control group. Respectively 1 and 4 hours to stop taking the rat spinal cord.
