扭转型室速(TdP)首先为Dessertenne所描述,从而把它与通常的室速、室颤区别开来。近年来对TdP的治疗已有很大发展,且日趋规范化,但由于不同病人的病因、病理、发病机制及个体差异均有不同,故治疗亦应因人而异。我科自1979～1987年共收治重症TdP10例,均获得成功,报道于下。 Torsion-type ventricular tachycardia (TdP) was first described by Dessertenne to distinguish it from normal ventricular tachycardia and ventricular fibrillation.
