在体细胞内记录显示,豚鼠用戊巴比妥钠浅麻醉时,95%肠系膜下神经节(IMG)细胞有自发快兴奋性突触活动。该电位随胞膜超、去极化相应增减,为六烃季胺阻抑,表明为胆碱能烟碱型受体所中介。静息时约52%细胞达到阈值,引起0.2~8Hz不均匀自发放电,其主动和被动电性质与离体节细胞相似。在体标本细胞电活动明显受动物全身机能状态影响。
In vivo recordings showed that guinea-pigs had a spontaneous fast excitatory synaptic activity in 95% of the inferior mesenteric ganglion (IMG) cells when anesthetized with light anesthesia with sodium pentobarbital. The potential with the super membrane, depolarization corresponding increase and decrease, for six hydrocarbon quaternary ammonium inhibition, indicating that the cholinergic nicotinic intermediates. About 52% of cells reached the threshold at rest, causing a nonuniform spontaneous discharge of 0.2 to 8 Hz, with similar active and passive electrical properties to isolated ganglion cells. The electrical activity of somatic cells is obviously influenced by the general state of function of animals.
