本文研究了镉与5-Br-PAN-S的显色条件。在pH9.5的缓冲液中,形成1∶2型的稳定配合物,配合物的最大吸收峰位于548nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=3.3×104L·mol-1·cm-1。镉量ρ(Cd2+)/(mg·L-1)在0~1.6范围内符合比尔定律。采用巯基棉分离水中离子富集镉,提高了方法的选择性。本法用于水样分析,结果令人满意
In this paper, the color conditions of cadmium and 5-Br-PAN-S were studied. In the buffer solution of pH9.5, a stable complex of 1: 2 type was formed. The maximum absorption peak of the complex was located at 548nm wavelength. The apparent molar absorptivity ε = 3.3 × 104L · mol-1 · cm-1 . The amount of Cd (Cd2 +) / (mg · L-1) complies with Beer’s law in the range of 0-1.6. The use of mercapto cotton to separate cadmium from water and improve the selectivity of the method. This method is used for water sample analysis, the results are satisfactory
