卵巢癌是一种预后较差的女性生殖道恶性肿瘤。对其发生发展中分子机制及相关基因的研究对于临床上寻找病因、早期诊断及病理分型方面都有重要价值。基因芯片技术以其高通量、高效率的特点在肿瘤研究方面有着无可比拟的优势。本文综述近年来基因芯片技术在卵巢癌中的研究进展,以期对其分子全貌有更深入的了解。
Ovarian cancer is a poor prognosis of female genital tract cancer. The development of its molecular mechanisms of development and related genes for the clinical search for the cause, early diagnosis and pathological typing has important value. Gene chip technology with its high-throughput, high efficiency features in cancer research has an unparalleled advantage. This review summarizes the progress of gene chip technology in ovarian cancer in recent years with a view to gaining a deeper understanding of its molecular profile.
