模范的本意是指制造器物时所用的模型,引申为值得人学习或取法的榜样。汉代杨雄在《法言学行》中说道:“师者,人之模范也。”从某种意义上来说,他把模范教师称号的“含金量”又提升了一个层次,要求教师的模范要比任何职业的模范都做得要好,因为教师是“人之模范也”。换句话来讲,想要称得上是模范教师,我们还要付出更大的努力。在笔者看来,模范教师的核心价值应该体现在其高尚的师德风范能够成为众人的楷模。对于模范教师而言,应该成为有“信心、恒心、静心、爱心、耐心”的“五心级”教师。首先,模范教师要有信心去改变自己。先相信自己,别人才能相信你。优秀的教师都是相似的,模范教师却各有各的不同。想要从众
