针对高维的多变量时滞系统,提出了具有分散结构的PI(proportional integral)控制器直接设计新方法.考虑被控对象的稳态和动态信息,利用单位反馈系统的闭环传递函数矩阵,结合内模控制原理,直接推导出PI控制器参数的解析通式.所提的设计方法直接体现出了控制器参数与被控过程的稳态及动态信息之间的关系,与常规内模PID参数整定方法相比,明显改善了控制系统的动态性能,即使在模型失配的情况下,仍能保持良好的控制品质和鲁棒性.通过对几个实际工业过程的仿真实验,证明了所提控制算法的实用性、有效性和优越性.
Aiming at the high dimensional multivariable time-delay system, a new direct design method for PI (proportional integral) controller with decentralized structure is proposed. By considering the steady-state and dynamic information of the controlled object and using the closed-loop transfer function matrix of the unit feedback system, Internal model control principle, the general formula of PI controller parameters is directly deduced.The proposed design method directly reflects the relationship between the controller parameters and the steady-state and dynamic information of the controlled process, Compared with the tuning method, the dynamic performance of the control system is obviously improved, and the control quality and robustness can be maintained even in the case of model mismatch.Based on the simulation experiments of several actual industrial processes, The practicability, validity and superiority of control algorithm.
