首先基于精准-协调配置,研究了采用全量铁水“三脱”预处理模式和脱磷转炉+脱碳转炉冶炼工艺下全板带型洁净钢生产平台高炉—转炉区段流程配置情况。之后,基于连续-紧凑布置,讨论了全板带型钢厂高炉—转炉区段的平面布置。最后,基于动态-有序运行,讨论了基本“层流”的高炉—转炉区段生产组织模式。
First of all, based on the accurate and coordinated allocation, the process configuration of the blast furnace-converter section of the whole strip-type clean steel production platform under the pretreatment mode of full hot metal and “three off” and the smelting process of dephosphorization converter + decarburization converter were studied. After that, based on a continuous-compact arrangement, the layout of the blast furnace-converter section of a full strip steel mill was discussed. Finally, based on the dynamic-orderly operation, the basic “laminar flow” of blast furnace - converter section production organization mode is discussed.
