研究了SiCp/Al系复合材料经不同热处理后在温度反复变化时的尺寸稳定性。结果表明,在温度反复循环后会产生累积残余应变εcr,随循环次数的增多,εcr减小,尺寸趋于稳定。预处理对热循环累积残余应变有影响,退火态εcr最大,时效态次之,而预循环态最小。复合材料中颗粒尺寸越大、颗粒体积分数越高以及基体越硬均对抵抗环境温度变化尺寸稳定性有利。与均质的纯铝相比较,复合材料的热循环累积残余应变较大,抵抗温度反复变化尺寸稳定性较低。
The dimensional stability of SiCp / Al composites after repeated heat treatment under different heat treatments was investigated. The results show that the accumulated residual strain εcr will occur after the repeated cycling of temperature. As the number of cycles increases, εcr decreases and the size tends to be stable. The pretreatment had an impact on the accumulated residual strain of the thermal cycle, with the largest εcr in the annealed state, the second in the aged state, and the smallest in the pre-circulated state. The larger the particle size, the higher the particle volume fraction and the harder the matrix are, the better the dimensional stability against the change of ambient temperature. Compared with homogenous pure aluminum, the composites have larger thermal residual accumulated strain, less resistance to repeated changes in temperature and lower dimensional stability.
