做好水土保持监督管理工作已成为莱芜市水土保持工作的重要任务。在深入研究分析莱芜市水土保持监督管理工作中存在实际问题基础上,认为应该大力宣传水保法规,理顺部门之间的关系,提高监督管理人员的素质,才能保护好有限的水土资源,为国民经济的持续发展创造良好的生态环境。
