目的研究分离纯化沉香甲醇提取物中五种2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类成分。建立HPLC法测定沉香中色酮类成分的方法,测定和比较通体结香技术诱导的不同产地、不同结香时间沉香中五种2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类成分含量。方法样品采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-水为流动相,多步梯度洗脱,0.8 m L/min,柱温35℃,208nm进行测定,分别进样5μL。结果五种2-(2-苯乙基)色酮类成分均能达到基线分离,呈良好线性关系,精密度、重复性、稳定性良好,平均回收率高于97%。结论该法准确,操作简单,为沉香研究及鉴别提供理论依据。
OBJECTIVE To study the separation and purification of five 2- (2-phenylethyl) chromone constituents in methanol extract of Radix LAL. A HPLC method was developed for the determination of chromone constituents in Fructus Corni. The contents of five 2- (2-phenylethyl) chromone components in Fructus Amomi from different habitats induced by Fructus Aconiti Fruiting were determined and compared. Methods The samples were determined by high performance liquid chromatography with Agilent-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), acetonitrile-water as mobile phase, multi-step gradient elution at 0.8 m L / min, , Were injected 5μL. Results The five 2- (2-phenylethyl) chromone constituents all achieved baseline separation with a good linearity. The precision, repeatability and stability were good. The average recoveries were higher than 97%. Conclusion The method is accurate and simple to operate, providing a theoretical basis for the research and identification of agarwood.
