利用SSR标记对24份太湖地区杂交粳稻品种初步建立了DNA指纹图谱和进行遗传相似性分析。结果表明:24对引物在研究材料中共检测到105个多态性片段,平均每对引物的多态性片段为4.38个。筛选出5对核心引物(RM336、RM72、RM1195、RM19和RM267)建立了24份材料的DNA指纹图谱。24份材料之间的相似系数变化范围为0.69~0.99,相似系数比较大,表明供试材料的遗传基础多样性相对狭窄。在遗传相似系数0.71水平处可以将24份材料分为3个类群。
The SSR markers were used to establish DNA fingerprinting and genetic similarity analysis of 24 japonica hybrid rice varieties in Taihu Lake. The results showed that a total of 105 polymorphic fragments were detected in 24 pairs of primers in the study materials, with an average of 4.38 polymorphic fragments per primer pair. Five pairs of core primers (RM336, RM72, RM1195, RM19 and RM267) were screened for DNA fingerprinting of 24 materials. The similarity coefficient of 24 materials ranged from 0.69 to 0.99, and the similar coefficient was relatively large, indicating that the genetic diversity of the tested materials was relatively narrow. At the genetic similarity coefficient of 0.71, 24 materials could be divided into three groups.
