目的：探讨应用吻合器痔上黏膜环切术（PPH）+外痔切除术治疗重度混合痔患者的临床疗效，进一步为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2012年4月至2014年4月收治的重度混合痔患者70例，随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组患者采取单纯 PPH 手术进行治疗，实验组患者采取 PPH +外痔切除术进行治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效、术后并发症及相关指标。结果治疗后采用 PPH +外痔切除术治疗的实验组手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛以及术后并发症均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论应用 PPH +外痔切除术治疗重度混合痔临床疗效确切，术中出血量少，且术后并发症少，恢复快，值得进一步推广和使用。“,”Objective To analyze the curative effect of PPH + external hemorrhoids resection on severe mixed hemorrhoids, and thus provide references for clinical treatment. Methods Seventy patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids from April 2012 to April 2014 were selected and randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The control group were treated by PPH surgery treatment,and the experiment group took PPH + external hemorrhoids resection. The clinical curative effect,complica-tion and concerned indicators were compared. Results The operation time,hospital stay time,intraoperative hemorrhage,post-operative pain and complication rate after treatment of the experiment group were all significantly better than those of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of PPH + external hemorrhoids resection surgery in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids is significant,with less intraoperative blood loss and complication,so it is worthy of promotion.
