表层安装碳纤维筋喷浆加固法(M-CFRP)为近年来研发用于旧桥加固的一种新的有效方法。本文描述了利用碳纤维筋对圬工拱桥进行表层安装加固,并通过喷射聚合物砂浆进行旧桥表层补强的加固工艺,基于对原结构受力分析、技术特点、施工要点和质量控制4个方面对圬工拱桥改造翻新技术研究。结合赤峰市提供的实验桥,对加固前与加固后的荷载试验对比分析,以及加固后表观效果观察,其结果表明不仅承载能力有较大提高,达到了较好的加固效果,而且表观焕然一新,达到了改造翻新的目的。
