熔体微滴堆叠成形技术是一种适用于热塑性聚合物的三维成形技术。以堆叠成形过程中成形产品的翘曲变形为研究对象,建立了熔体微滴堆叠成形的翘曲变形模型,重点分析了堆叠层的层厚、堆叠层数、断面长度和成形室温度对成形产品翘曲变形的影响,并以聚丙烯为原料进行了制品翘曲变形的实验分析,结果表明:随着堆叠层层厚、堆叠层数和成形室温度的增大,翘曲变形量逐渐减小;随着断面长度的增加,翘曲变形量逐渐增大。实验分析与理论分析结果一致。
