老话说:“师傅领进门,修行在个人。”我认为未必完全正确。我一九五九年考入中央戏剧学院表演系。对表演启蒙老师,如在十年动乱中故去的洪涛老师,教我主课的张仁里老师及其他老师们,毕业二十一年来,自己是未敢轻忘的。是他们把我领进了表演艺术的大门。我在艺术上的成长,都是和老师们当年的教育分不开的。记得那时,总觉得设置课程过多,恨不能只上表演课才好,而经过了多年的实践以后,我才懂得当年的课程设置是科学的,它为学生未来的艺术成长打
