野蔷薇果实富含多种保健成分,经济价值高,但往往因产地分散、偏远,采摘困难,产量、质量均难以满足需要。当前,除保护、利用现有野生资源外,筛选果大、质优、产量高的种类和类型,利用快速无性繁殖方法建立原种基地,具有积极意义。为此,近年来我们以新疆地区分布最广,质量、产量较好的腺毛野墙薇(Rosafedtschekonaa)为试验材料,进行了组织培养研究,已取得初步成果。 Hibiscus fruit is rich in various health-care ingredients and has high economic value. For this reason, in recent years, we have carried out the research on tissue culture with the most widely distributed, good quality and good yield in the region of Xinjiang (Rosafedtschekonaa), and achieved preliminary results.
