充分了解庄一断块油藏地质特征,研究油气水分布规律,在前期水驱数值模拟研究计算出末阶段压力场和含水饱和度场的基础上,全面研究工区水淹特征及剩余油分布状况,对油藏动用情况及平面、纵向上的剩余油分布进行了定量分析。结合实验室数据和油田生产数据对影响聚合物驱开发效果的参数进行了优化研究,应用聚合物驱数值模拟技术对注聚合物层位、井网,以及注入孔隙体积、聚合物浓度、注入方式、注入速度等注入参数分别进行了模拟计算,并对开发指标进行预测,优选出效果最佳、经济效益最好的参数组合,以进一步改善断块的开发效果,提高最终采收率。模拟结果显示,聚合物驱10年末预计可提高采收率6.89%,含水最低可降低20个百分点,增油降水效果显著。模拟结果为矿场试验方案的编制提供了理论依据。
Fully understand the geological characteristics of Zhuangyi fault block reservoir and study the law of oil and gas distribution. Based on the previous numerical simulation of water flooding, the pressure field and water saturation field in the last stage are calculated, and the characteristics of flooding and remaining oil distribution in the work area are comprehensively studied , The quantitative analysis of reservoir utilization and the distribution of residual oil in the horizontal and vertical directions was carried out. Based on the laboratory data and oilfield production data, the parameters influencing the development of polymer flooding were optimized. Polymer flooding, well pattern, pore volume injection, polymer concentration, injection mode , Injection speed and other injection parameters were simulated and the development of indicators to predict the best out of the best results, the best combination of economic parameters to further improve the development of block fault effect and improve the final recovery rate. Simulation results show that polymer flooding is expected to increase oil recovery by 6.89% at the end of 10 years, reduce water content by 20% at minimum, and increase oil precipitation effect significantly. The simulation results provide the theoretical basis for the preparation of the mine test plan.
