学校班级集体生活是学生成长过程中的一个阶段,而一个充满凝聚力、积极进取的班集体对于激励学生不断进取,主动学习都会起到潜移默化的作用。著名的教育家苏赫姆林斯基曾说过“集体是教育的工具”。在实践中我发现,良好的充满凝聚力的班集体在使学生心情愉快进而轻松、主动的参与到学习中会起到很大的激励作用。但是如何让一群具有不同个性、不同生活经验的学生把自己看做这个班集体的主人翁,把班级里的同学生看做自己的兄弟姐妹,从而能够在这个大家庭中与其他
