通过对加热温度、终轧温度、冷却速度及卷取温度的控制,结合对实验样品进行组织、金相分析,研究温度对B550L钢在轧制过程中组织性能的影响。实验结果确定了最佳的工艺制度方案,加热温度为(1180±20)℃;终轧温度为(870±20)℃;精轧总变形量为82.35%;冷却速率控制在(10±2)℃/s;卷取温度控制在(570±20)℃。
The effects of temperature on the microstructure and properties of B550L steel during rolling were studied by controlling the heating temperature, finishing temperature, cooling rate and coiling temperature. The microstructure and microstructure of the samples were analyzed. The results show that the optimum process scheme is the best one, the heating temperature is (1180 ± 20) ℃, the finishing temperature is (870 ± 20) ℃, the total deformation of finishing is 82.35% and the cooling rate is controlled at (10 ± 2) ℃ / s; coiling temperature controlled at (570 ± 20) ℃.
