主要介绍了电火花处理的特点、应用实例、缺点以及与激光处理的比较。两者在热传导、合金层深度和硬度分布上基本是一致的,但由于电火花设备比较便宜,因而电火花表面处理是一种很有前途的表面改性方法。
Mainly introduced the characteristics of EDM, application examples, shortcomings and compared with laser processing. Both of them are basically the same in the heat conduction, depth of alloy layer and hardness distribution, but EDM surface treatment is a promising surface modification method because EDM is cheaper.
