根据不同类型用水的特点,采取重点调查、分类统计、以点推面的原则,较全面地统计分析了黄河流域片工业与生活用水规律、发展过程及现状。黄河流域片工业与生活用水量1989年已达到86亿m3,按1985~1989年用水发展水平,预测2000年工业与生活需水量将达到257亿m3,水源紧缺,工农业用水矛盾将更加突出。因此,加强水资源管理,降低用水指标,提高用水效益,开源与节流并举势在必行。
According to the characteristics of different types of water, adopting the principles of key surveys, classification statistics, and the principle of pushing points on points, the law, development process, and status quo of industrial water use in the Yellow River Basin are statistically analyzed. The industrial and domestic water consumption in the Yellow River Basin has reached 8.6 billion m3 in 1989. According to the level of water development from 1985 to 1989, the industrial and domestic water demand in 2000 is expected to reach 25.7 billion m3. The shortage of water sources and the contradiction between industrial and agricultural water use will become more prominent. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the management of water resources, reduce the use of water indicators, increase the efficiency of water use, and open source and reduce expenditure.
