目的:早期发现新生儿听力损伤,以便进行早期诊断和干预,促进其正常的言语发育。方法:应用先进的畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)仪器,在无锡市锡山区各家产科医院对新生儿进行听力筛查。未通过初次筛查者,在出生42天后接受听力复查,42天复查仍未通过者,在新生儿3个月左右转诊到无锡市妇幼保健院,采用听觉诱发电位进行听力诊断性检查。确诊为听力损伤的患儿建议家长及时到医院的专科进行相应的医学干预。结果:2004~2007年无锡市锡山区各乡镇医院住院分娩新生儿16 230例,新生儿听力筛查15 461例,听力筛查率95.26%,6例诊断为听力障碍,新生儿听力损失发病率为0.39‰。结论:通过筛查,新生儿听力损失可做到早发现、早干预,有效促进婴儿语言发育。
OBJECTIVE: Early detection of neonatal hearing impairment for early diagnosis and intervention, to promote its normal speech development. Methods: The advanced distortion product otoacoustic emissions (DPOAE) instrument was used to screen newborns in various maternity hospitals in Wuxi Xishan District. Those who failed the initial screening, hearing after 42 days of birth, 42 days after the review were still not passed, about 3 months in newborns referral to Wuxi MCH, auditory evoked potentials for diagnostic hearing tests. Children diagnosed with hearing impairment suggest that parents promptly go to the hospital’s specialist for appropriate medical intervention. Results: From 2004 to 2007, 16 230 newborns, 15 461 newborns and 45.66% of newborns were born in hospitals and clinics in Xishan District of Wuxi City. The hearing screening rate was 95.26%. Six cases were diagnosed as hearing impaired. The incidence of neonatal hearing loss 0.39 ‰. Conclusion: Through screening, neonatal hearing loss can be early detection and early intervention to effectively promote infant language development.
