高等职业院校核心能力直接体现为毕业生的专业对口就业能力与持续发展能力和对接区域产业发展的服务能力。本文从内部成长型战略和外部交易型战略两个方面,论述了培育其核心能力的途径。
The core competencies of higher vocational colleges reflect directly the professional counterpart employment ability and sustainable development ability of graduates and the service ability of docking regional industrial development. This article discusses ways to nurture its core competence from two aspects: internal growth strategy and external transaction strategy.
