用铜盐置换法分离测定单体金属元素时,通常均获得偏高的结果。但由于至今尚未找出引起这种偏高的原因,所以人们仍将其作为一种经典方法而广为引用。本文研究了铜盐置换反应,发现在该反应过程中,有一种能诱导金属氧化物部分溶解的副反应产生,并证明这种置换诱导副反应,是引起单体金属元素测定结果偏高的主要原因。因此,铜盐置换分离法不适用于冶金产品的化学物相分析。
When the metal element is separated and determined by the copper salt displacement method, high results are usually obtained. However, as yet the cause of such highness has not yet been found, it is still widely cited as a classic method. In this paper, the copper salt displacement reaction was studied. It was found that during the reaction, there was a side reaction which could induce the partial dissolution of metal oxides. It was also proved that this substitution induced side reaction was the main reason for the high single metal element determination the reason. Therefore, the copper salt displacement separation method is not suitable for chemical phase analysis of metallurgical products.
