以国内3个品种和加拿大两个品种紫花苜蓿为试验材料,进行人工控温试验低温胁迫处理后,测定再生植株的再生活力指数(SCORE1,SCORE2)、再生长率、根重、地上部重等各项再生指标并结合大田试验所得的越冬率,综合聚类后得到5品种间抗寒性次序为:肇东>新疆大叶>驯鹿>中苜1号>皇冠。
Three domestic cultivars and two Canadian alfalfa cultivars were used as experimental materials. After artificial temperature control test, the regenerative vigor index (SCORE1, SCORE2) of regenerated plants were measured under low temperature stress. The growth rate, root weight and shoot weight According to the regeneration index and the overwintering rate obtained from the field experiment, the order of cold resistance of the five varieties obtained by comprehensive clustering is as follows: Zhaodong> Xinjiang> Yelang> reindeer> Zhongmu No.1> crown.
