青岛新机场T1航站楼及站前高架工程航站楼大厅屋面钢结构采用空间型曲面四角锥网架结构体系,大厅屋盖网架平面投影尺寸507m×415m,投影面积12.76万m~2,屋盖网架整体重量达1.1万t。通过采用大跨度大体量复杂空间网架钢结构双向翻转提升的形式,改变网架结构的做法。介绍了大跨度大体量复杂空间网架钢结构双向翻转提升的工艺特点和工作原理,得出大跨度大体量复杂空间网架钢结构双向翻转提升的工艺流程及具体的施工工艺。结果表明,施工方便,节约工期,降低造价,经济和社会效益显著。
