随着我国经济的发展和普通高等学校招生规模的不断扩大,社会对人才的需求开始向多元化发展。为了培养满足社会需求,培养出高素质的农业人才,各高校都逐步开始对传统的培养目标和培养模式进行改革。而优化教学体系和把握人才培养方向是目前植物保护专业本科实践教学的两个主要研究方面。本文就国内植物保护专业实践教学体系改革和人才培养这两方面的研究现状进行了概述。
With the economic development in our country and the enrollment enrollment of ordinary colleges and universities, the demand for talents in the society has begun to diversify. In order to meet the needs of society and cultivate high-quality agricultural talents, all colleges and universities are gradually beginning to reform the traditional training objectives and training mode. Optimizing the teaching system and grasping the direction of personnel training are the two main aspects of undergraduate practical teaching of plant protection. This paper gives an overview of the current research on the reform of the practice teaching system and personnel training in the field of plant protection in China.
