随着社会专业化分工越来越强,建设工程管理体制也在发生着转变,在项目工程管理过程中通过引入并运用代建制监理的模式,可以有效解决其中的许多问题。本文关于建筑工程施工项目监理和代建一体化管理研究,通过实践一体化模式并分析其优缺点,以便今后为其他类建设项目提供一点浅薄的借鉴经验。
As the division of labor in social specialization is getting stronger and stronger, construction management systems are undergoing changes. Many of these problems can be effectively solved by introducing and applying the supervision system of construction management in the process of project management. This article on the construction project supervision and agency construction integrated management of research, through the practice of integration patterns and analysis of their advantages and disadvantages, so as to provide other types of construction projects in the future to provide a little superficial experience.
